Building Strength in Body, Mind, and Soul
Every child is made in the image and likeness of God and has been endowed with a particular mission only they can fulfill. In order to be the person God created them to be, they must first and foremost have a personal relationship with God. It is also essential that, as integrated persons, they tend to their health in mind and body as much as they are able.
All kids' classes introduce exercises that strengthen and stretch different muscle groups in the body. Featuring the beautiful music of Gregorian chant for kids, classes incorporate Scripture and Catholic teachings, explained in ways that engage children.
